Forming
After the models of the parts to be cast are made with the 3D solid-model system, the molds of the parts are produced in fully automatic carbon dioxide molding machines. In the molding section, sand between 40 and 100 AFS is selected according to the sensitivity of the part, and the mixing process is carried out with carbon dioxide resin. In the last stage, the molds are printed with a hardener.
